·         Technical Involvements; responsible for diverting Fuchs technical department updates into marketing awareness campaigns, setup systems for checking the quality after sales services, applying Ethyl*s Advanced Lubricants Technology Annual Training into technical marketing tactics, involve in all Fuchs National & International technical training events for full awareness of the technical international updates, participate with the technical department members to train new merchandisers in how they mix the technical with marketing information to the prospects in a complex technical assistance format.
