UAE, Egypt ink agreement on Natural Gas



The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that an agreement was concluded between the Emirati Dana Gas and Egyptian two major Egyptian companies working in the field of natural gas to work together to meet the Egyptian market’s needs.

According to a press statement issued by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, this agreement came within the efforts exerted by the ministry to secure more foreign investments inside the country. The Egyptian Embassy to Abu Dhabi continues its endeavors to overcome obstacles that hinder the activities of UAE companies in Egypt.

Chairman of the General Authority for Investment (GAFI), Mr. Osama Saleh is heading a delegation to the UAE on Monday to participate in the proceedings of the Emirates Investment World Forum, wherein the Embassy arranges to make use of the visit to follow up the UAE developments' investments file in Egypt, as well as meeting with the Egyptian community to review investment opportunities available in the Egyptian market, especially in the fields of real estate investment, land, and SMEs.
